Art/Architecture - Germany?

Hey all you guys interested in architecture, and all of you players who walk in German territories!
I am searching for the name (and thus everything else also) of a temple/church/monastery in Germany which has this strange particular statue on it somewhere on the outside, I'll show you a picture:
In the picture, there is this under-nourished mother and a baby, this is the actual statue I am searching for, ignore the rest of the figures. So anyone any ideas?
(btw for anyone who's interested, this is the cover artwork for an album of a Swedish metal band: Marduk)
