New and Improved Single Player Campaigns

For you guys out there that have some sort of knowledge of modding Ground Control, I have an idea which should greatly increase the replay-ability of campaigns.

Somehow on some maps throughout the single player, new units should be added from Dark Conspiracy both on the maps either as allies, adversaries or very own units, and in dropship configurations. Tech levels might also need be altered.

Just imagine:

One extra Radardyne on CC Mission #8 No win situation,
or
one added friendly Phoenix Mercenary Artillery on CC Mission #9 Jungle purification as own unit (phx sometimes do contract killings for crays),
or
New Power Armor units on CC Mission #11 Simple Escort,
or
occasional PHX enemies somewhere in the Order Campaign, with added tech-level 7 units to own army.

What a BLAST!!!

Might be a good idea, Kevx modified a couple single-player missions where you played the opposing force (i.e. playing Crayven guarding dropship base's AA in OND campaign, can't remember number, was an early mission; also playing Crayven garrison/prisoner convoy at "Achara", OND rescue mission)

To the missions you specified:

#8 "No Win Situation" is scripted for the player to lose, I tried it several times in god mode, destroyed the OND assaults, and still was told to evac. A radardyne isn't going to do anything, really.

#9 "Jungle Purification" was easy enough if you split up your army into two artillery sections, having a Phoenix arty would simply be for a storyline, and since the Phoenix weren't involved in the Krig-7b incident... :roll:

Don't remember #11 "Simple Escort" off-hand, but some power armor probably wouldn't make a difference either way.

Good suggestions though. :)

I didn't want to change the story, ease on the missions, or make sense!

It would only be for fun!
