Could this perhaps be integrated with the game so that we could have a fake won.net?

There would be no way to integrate with the game in its current form, but the idea of replicating WON.NET has been around for a while. In one of the other threads, I found a bunch of guys getting an opensource version of WON back up, but they didn't maintain their Github project and details were scarce.

If we went that route, then a few things would need to happen:
1) We would need to understand enough about how WON works to be able to back engineer it
2) The code would need to be written and working, and loaded onto a public server (like the one used to host this site, etc)
3) GC's registry entries need to be changed to point to that server

A talented reverse engineer is one thing this community doesn't have at the moment.

I haven't had the time to update this forum, but this doesn't mean I haven't been working on it. You should check the Github if you are wondering if the project is dead (and to see the latest changelogs, etc).

I've done a major architecture rewrite, added a ton of functionality, and fixed a bunch of things that didn't quite work properly before. I will post a proper changelog here, as I haven't been able to update the forum for the last 3 or so commits to the repository.

Thanks for spending your time to our community with this project. Have you achieved any further improvements in the meanwhile?

Like all the others, I can offer you some of my time for testing or so?
